Q: How long does standard domestic shipping take?

A: Order processing is 1-2 days and standard UPS shipping typically takes 2-7 business days from the date your order is processed, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Shipping rate covers insurance. We require signature upon delivery of all packages. 

Q: What happens if my package in undeliverable?

A: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order. La Librairie is not responsible for packages returned due to customer error or carrier inability to deliver.

Q: Do you offer faster shipping options?

A: Yes, express shipping options are available at checkout. Select your preferred delivery speed when completing your purchase.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your destination. Rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. 

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout. La Librairie has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order. Refusal to pay customs duties will result in the package being returned or abandoned — in such cases, La Librairie is not responsible for any loss of goods or shipping costs.
